Canasta University Benefits:
Access to Instructors Portal including:

Annual Renewal: $249 which includes 10 CLA Memberships* (a $300 value)
*Each CLA Accredited Instructor is required to promote membership in the League. To that end, all Accredited Instructors are to bundle CLA Membership with their beginner lessons. (Optional: You may also add membership bundles to other classes if your students are not current members).
Ten memberships are included in your annual fee. Additional memberships may be purchased by Accredited Instructors at a discounted cost, however, to maintain the value, it is critical that ALL students are required to purchase memberships for $30 either separately or included with their class as a bundle. No discounts are permitted. Instructors found offering discounts to membership risk removal. For examples – see our teacher’s portal/Lesson Pricing for ideas on how to include memberships and add value to your classes.

PATH TO ACHIEVEMENT: INSTRUCTOR RANKS
All Instructors begin as Accredited CLA Instructors. Additional ranking levels are determined by the number of students you bring to the League. The higher your rank, the increased visibility we can offer. Be sure to register EVERY student to earn your experience points and secure the highest ranking you can! Remember, every Beginner Class must include a 1-year membership in the CLA. This gives your students additional value and helps achieve your rank.
Currently, we have four ranks for Accredited Instructors.
The higher the rank, the more experience the Instructor has in both playing and teaching.
*Accredited CLA Instructor
** CLA Accredited Senior Instructor
*** CLA Accredited Master Instructor
**** CLA Accredited Expert Instructor
